Organic craft brewery
The Malacuria micro-brewery was created in2015 in Malaucourt-sur-Seille in the south of Moselle.
Taken over in 2022 by Maxime and Benjamin, the brewery specializes in the design and manufacture of craft beers produced using organically grown ingredients.
Production at Malacuria combines traditional techniques with modern equipment to guarantee the quality and consistency of our beers.
The brewery is equipped with state-of-the-art brewing tanks, fermenters and bottling equipment.
Every stage of the production process, from raw material selection to fermentation and maturation, is carefully controlled to ensure optimum quality.
