No bucolic stay in a castle is complete without a gastronomic restaurant worthy of the name! Italian chef Francesco Di Marzio, who has worked in multi-starred establishments around the world, now presides over the feasts in this rather understated dining room. As a good Italian, he named the restaurant after his… mother, of course. On the plate, always impeccably presented, is his international experience.

Chef Francesco Di Marzio’s cuisine is a gastronomic journey illuminated by his international background.

Originally from Italy, Chef Di Marzio has shared his culinary talents in renowned locations such as San Francisco, London, Hong Kong, and most recently Singapore, where he received a Michelin star for his work at La Dame de Pic at the Raffles.

Maison Rosella embodies the values dear to the chef, particularly the notion of family, hence the name ‘Rosella’ in tribute to his mother, an inexhaustible source of creativity.

Our restaurant is an ode to nature, with a bucolic decor enhanced by pink tones and lush floral displays so that our customers feel at home and receive personalized service. Each dish is composed of carefully selected ingredients from regional producers, creating a symbiosis between authentic taste and culinary creativity.
