Traditional cuisine revisited in Habsheim

La Table de Louise located in Habsheim offers you a simple concept: to give another dimension to the traditional dishes that we know through mixtures of original flavors.

For more than 10 years, the traditional restaurant of Habsheim has been a gourmet rendezvous “Louise way”. A cuisine revisited and made from fresh products from local producers. The Fischer Farm in Zimmersheim, in particular, supplies the vegetables used to prepare the vegetarian plate. The menu showcases classic reworked recipes. This is how we find, for example, the harvest of the greengrocer from the neighboring village in dishes such as “Le Retour de Pêche”, an assortment of grilled fish and seasonal vegetables.

The traditional restaurant brings its own interpretation of dishes known to the general public. He makes many changes in the menu to bring a touch of novelties to each visit.
