Recently awarded the titles Chefs d’Alsace and Maître Restaurateur for the quality of the dishes, chef Christophe Heck and his team create and produce, according to inspiration, seasonal dishes from local and international products. In the dining room, Zweta and her team will be happy to serve and advise you. All are very attentive to make you have a good time and to listen to each request under a large lime tree. The fine wine list adds even more appeal to this establishment.
Remember that the chef is fond of game in autumn… and the editorial staff loved his menu around truffles!

In winter, come and taste the rabbit stew with coconut, turmeric and lemongrass leaves, rice with vinegar. This spring, taste the American-style chicken breast, buttered noodles and mixed vegetables.
