At Le Colombier restaurant, enjoy seasonal cuisine prepared with fresh produce and accompanied by a wide selection of AOC wines.
At Le Colombier, in Bartenheim La Chaussée, between Saint-Louis and Mulhouse, chef Pascal Basso takes care to change his menu with the seasons. It offers homemade dishes based on raw products, developed around a clever mix of flavors and textures. Recently awarded the “Passion dessert 2020” prize by the Michelin Guide, the chef is a virtuoso in the kitchen.
Highlights include: homemade duck foie gras, presskopf of skate wings with tarragon, lobster croque-monsieur, and the “Linzer Torte” tartlet: chocolate shortbread base, almond cream, raspberry coulis and Dulcey chocolate mousse. What delights!

Regarding the wine to accompany your wines, you could let yourself be tempted by a Riesling Grand Cru Vorbourg from the Domaine Muré in Rouffach for example. But if your choice is lost among more than 180 references from the wine list, Christophe Kaegy, your host, will be happy to guide you.
Unless otherwise specified, all the wines on the menu benefit from the Appellation Origine Contrôlée (AOC).
During the summer, take a seat on the terrace to enjoy your meal in a green and shaded setting.
