A sweet tooth's paradise
One day, Iris, a corporate lawyer with a passion for baking, decides to give up everything and fulfill her dearest wish. She trained with chef Philippe Rigollot, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and World Pastry Champion, in Annecy. On completion of her training, she opened her own business with Vincent. L’Atelier d’Iris et Vincent, in Horbourg-Wihr, offers tailor-made creations, according to the wishes of its private and professional customers, in terms of both visual appeal and taste. Innovative and gourmet, the two cake makers don’t leave savoury lovers on the sidelines, with a range of trays to compose on demand.
