A feast of passions
The story of La Cuiller à Pot began with Grégory Reich, whose passion for cooking took root at the age of 16, when he began his apprenticeship at the Restaurant Au Bœuf in Plobsheim. Having acquired varied expertise in a variety of establishments, both in France and abroad, Grégory found a culinary accomplice in Pauline George when they met on the Croisi Europe boats. This meeting gave rise to a shared desire to bring their own gastronomic vision to life, and so they fell under the spell of the place that would become La Cuiller à Pot.
Since then, Grégory and Pauline have been welcoming their guests in a warm and friendly setting, offering an authentic culinary experience in tune with the seasons. At La Cuiller à Pot, there’s no such thing as a fixed menu: dishes vary according to the chef’s mood and market finds, guaranteeing an ever-renewed gastronomic experience rooted in local values.
In 2014, Mickaël joined the team to help Pauline with service, while Marie, their apprentice, is preparing for a BTS in Hotel and Restaurant Management. In the kitchen, Jérémy has been assisting the chef since 2022, bringing his talent and passion to creating the unique dishes for which La Cuiller à Pot is renowned.
In July 2018, a new page in the history of La Cuiller à Pot was turned with major renovation work, transforming the establishment into a contemporary showcase with clean lines, unpretentious but imbued with charm. Nestled in the picturesque Finkwiller district, La Cuiller à Pot promises a bright future for its loyal diners.

In partnership with wine merchant Benoît de l’Oenosphère, the establishment also offers oeno-gastronomic evenings, where guests can taste a selection of wines paired with a menu prepared by chef Grégory, for a unique sensory experience.
