Food and Good SAS respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and expects its users to do the same.
Food and Good SAS has the policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to disable and/or terminate the account or access of users who repeatedly infringe or are regularly accused of infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
Food and Good SAS will respond to claims of infringement of Intellectual Property Rights made via https://foodandgood.fr (“the Site and/or the Platform”) which are brought to the attention of Food and Good SAS in accordance with this Charter.
If you are the owner of an Intellectual Property Right, or are authorized to act on behalf of such a person, please notify alleged infringements of Intellectual Property Rights made on or through the Site and Platform by returning to Food and Good SAS the following Alleged Infringement Notification duly completed, as described below.
Upon receipt of the Notification as described below, Food and Good SAS will, at its sole discretion, take any action it deems appropriate, including removing the offending content from the Site and/or Platform.
Notification of infringement
1. Identify the specific copyrighted work that you consider to have been infringed, or – if multiple works are covered by this Notification – you may submit a representative list of works that you consider to have been infringed.
2. Identify any content that you believe to be infringing (or to be the subject of infringing activity) and that you believe should be removed or access to which should be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate such content, including at a minimum, if available, the URL of the link on the Site and Platform from which such content may be accessed.
3. Provide your mailing address, telephone number and, if applicable, your e-mail address.
4. Insert the following two statements in the body of the Notification:
“I hereby declare that I consider in good faith that the disputed use of the identified document is not authorized by the owner of the Intellectual Property Right, his agent or the law (e.g. the legal and jurisprudential exceptions of “fair use”).”
“I hereby declare that the information contained in this Notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner of, or am authorized to act on behalf of, the owner of the Intellectual Property Rights alleged to be infringed.”
5. Specify your first and last name and sign electronically or physically.
6. Send this Notification, together with all the completed elements, to Food and Good SAS :
