In an old carpentry shop rehabilitated into an open and comfortable place, the restaurant tells Enfin seasonal cycles through a cuisine dedicated to nature and small producers of Alsace and sometimes France. In winter, vegetable products are limited. That’s why the team prepares jars all year round to keep a menu full of flavors. Citrus fruits from Menton season local cuisine this season, and we rediscover in a singular way, game products and fish from the Breton coast, in measured quantities.
Our cuisine is based on products from farmers here and abroad, but always mindful of current environmental issues. We’re off to meet them across Alsace and France, to tell you their story. Plants take pride of place in our creations. Animal matter is only the centerpiece of the menu. Drying, vinegar, brine and fermentation allow us to prolong certain seasonal pleasures.
On March 6, 2023, Enfin saw its efforts crowned with a Michelin star. The whole team is on its way to new adventures.
