La Vinaigrerie des Gourmets has just launched its new Alsamique® vinegar – Cuvée Passion. Inspired by the vinegars of Modena, this vinegar is made from organic Alsatian grapes and aged for several years in barrels. Following on from cuvées Révélation and Inspiration, cuvée Passion features a more fluid texture with lemony notes. Alsamique® vinegars can be enjoyed with mixed salads, fruit, Munster cheese, foie gras or yoghurt ice cream. They can also be used in a sauce or juice to enhance flavor and balance acidity.
