The stone corridor and sober colors contribute to the elegance of the place, creating a soothing atmosphere where you can take your time to savor the Chef’s cuisine, which combines creativity and technical skill.
Roxane and Charles Coulombeau began working together in 2012 at the 1 Michelin-starred Table des Frères Ibarboure.
They then trained and perfected their skills at Les prés d’Eugénie (3 stars), Maison Lameloise (3 stars), in Japan, and at Gravetye Manor (1 star) as Directrice de salle and Chef de Cuisine.
In 2020, Charles won the Prix international de Cuisine d’auteur – Le Taittinger after receiving an Acorn Award the previous year, recognizing the 30 people under 30 to watch in the UK hospitality industry.
After 3 and a half years in England, they decided to return to France and join La Maison dans le Parc, gradually taking over its management.
The complementary duo arrived at La Maison dans le Parc in NANCY in July 2021, and in 2022 were awarded a first star by the Michelin Guide, as well as the Prix de l’accueil et du service en salle, proving that savoir-faire and savoir-être go hand in hand.
In 2021, Le Chef magazine awarded Charles Coulombeau the Prix Tremplin, and after just 6 months in business, Gault & Millau gave La Maison dans le Parc a 15.5/20 rating and 3 toques.
Thanks to their professionalism, Charles and Roxane have now joined the Maîtres Restaurateurs de France, a guarantee of entirely home-cooked cuisine.
The Chef draws his inspiration from local produce, working closely with a network of loyal producers to deliver a cuisine that’s generous, fine and surprising, with a nod to Japan for a veritable explosion of flavors.
On the gourmet and gastronomic score, choice dishes, as close to the season as possible, guarantee quality of taste and freshness on the plate.
Under the Chef’s guidance, fish and seafood products, vegetables and meat are revealed through a mastery of sauces and seasonings, and a sophisticated play on textures, bringing authentic emotions to the taste buds.
