When a passion for food leads to the kitchen

Pâtisserie Dany Husser (almost a hundred years old!) has given a special place in the family to its self-taught chef Stéphane Schober. For the past 5 years, he has been letting his creativity express itself in the kitchen, after a 35-year career in the dining room.
The chef first worked alongside Mr. and Mrs. Schaetzel at L’Hostellerie des Châteaux in Ottrott, then joined the team of chef Hervé Paulus at L’Hostellerie Paulus in Landser; later, he continued at Le Petit Prince with Laurent Haller in Habsheim, and followed him to Le 7e Continent in Rixheim. He then opened Le Petit Paris in Mulhouse, with his teammate, chef Loïc Paugain (Le Clos des Sens, Schlierbach); before moving on to Pâtisserie Dany Husser, in Guebwiller, to offer sweet and savoury dishes. On-site or takeaway, the menu changes daily, and is entirely homemade from fresh produce.
In spring, the chef and his brigade play with colors, textures and flavors. Thank you asparagus, morels, pink trout and early vegetables!
