Brasserie Coincoin

Since 2014, the brewery has been a member of UBGE (Union des Brasseurs du Grand Est, formerly UBL for Union des Brasseurs Lorrains). We’re located in the Parc Naturel Régional de Lorraine (PNR de Lorraine), just off the coast of Toul. These are “living” beers, unpasteurized and unfiltered, which close up in the bottle. That’s why we recommend keeping them upright, cool and out of direct sunlight. A natural yeast deposit forms at the bottom of the bottle. The latter is good for your health, but we recommend that you avoid pouring it into your glass, for the sake of the beer’s taste and color. Don’t hesitate to cellar your beer for a few months before drinking it, as it will improve with age!
