Brasserie Coincoin

Since 2014, the brewery has been a member of UBGE (Union des Brasseurs du Grand Est, formerly UBL for Union des Brasseurs Lorrains).
We are located in the Parc Naturel Régional de Lorraine (PNR de Lorraine), close to the Toul coast.
These are “living” beers, unpasteurized and unfiltered, which referment in the bottle.
That’s why we recommend keeping them upright, in a cool place, out of direct sunlight.
A natural yeast deposit forms at the bottom of the bottle.
This is good for your health, but we recommend that you avoid pouring it into your glass, for the sake of the beer’s taste and color.
Don’t hesitate to keep your beer upright in the cellar for a few months before drinking, as it will improve with age!
