A lifelong knife enthusiast, Olivier BRIEY made his first knife at the age of 16.
Since then, he has never stopped training and improving.
After graduating with a DUT in Mechanical and Production Engineering and a passion for metallurgy and steel processing, he practised cutlery alongside his professional career as a retail executive for some thirty years.
In 2021, he decided to become a full-time cutler and make a living from this passion, for which he draws his inspiration mainly from traditional American knives and Japanese blades.
