Manufacture of handcrafted knives
A lifelong knife enthusiast, Olivier BRIEY made his first knife at the age of 16. Since then, he has continuously trained and improved. After obtaining a DUT in Mechanical Engineering and Production, and with a passion for metallurgy and steel treatment, he practiced knife making alongside his professional career as an executive in trading for about thirty years. In 2021, he decided to become a full-time knifemaker and live from this passion, following his inspirations which come mainly from traditional American knives and Japanese blades.
