Bio L’Acoustic quickly became a resounding success thanks to its innovative concept, combining 100% organic and vegetarian cuisine.
From the outset, L’Acoustic has stood out for its avant-garde approach, aimed at proving that it’s possible to enjoy delicious meals without resorting to meat. André Gisselmann and his team have reinvented the classics of French cuisine in vegetarian versions, offering dishes such as Bourguignon, Blanquette and Bouchées à la reine, all prepared with seitan instead of traditional meat.
