Culinary audacity

After honing his skills with French Michelin-starred chefs Gérard Goetz, Marc Haeberlin, Sébastien Sevellec, Emmanuel Renaut and Christophe Schuffenecker, Chef Yannick GUTH wanted to open his own restaurant, and now he has.
