Gilles Leininger began his career as an apprentice at the Crocodile in Strasbourg, under the leadership of Chef Emile Jung, then crowned with 3 stars. He and his team want to offer you a unique culinary experience focused on the pleasure of taste.
In a bright, intimate setting, Chef Gilles Leininger invites his guests to enjoy a unique culinary experience. Awarded a Michelin star, the Chef offers creative and authentic cuisine, combining the great classics of French gastronomy with modern techniques. A lover of raw produce, the Chef is particularly fond of working with fish, game and whole pieces.
A promising chef
The chef has a double degree in cooking and pastry, he collects several awards such as: 1st at the Trophée Masse (2018), 3rd at the Taittinger Culinary Prize, 4that the Bocuse d’Or (2019). Being a competitor at heart, he obtained his first star in the Michelin Guide in 2021, and confides to keep in sight the MOF competition for the future. Thanks to all these awards, he gains confidence, skill and precision.
In his restaurant, taste his delicate cuisine, which declines the best of the French and Alsatian terroir. It highlights two products: game and fish.
