Our modern, light, and refined menu draws its DNA from exceptional products, the vast majority of which come from our terroir and our farm.

Our exemplary eco-responsible approach has the sole purpose of offering you the best products, and enhancing them with finesse while preserving our planet.

We are proud to surround ourselves with local producers who are passionate and in love with their products. Our organic vegetable garden near the Domain provides us with the best vegetables. Our ducks, poultry, black and pink pigs are raised in semi-freedom on our farm. We take care to feed them with our own cereals, grown on our lands using sustainable agriculture, synonymous with a healthy, quality, and natural ecosystem. Game arrives from surrounding hunting grounds. The cheeses are produced just three kilometers from the Domain. As for seafood, it comes from partners we rigorously select according to sustainable and responsible fishing criteria.

Thus, the Chef’s cuisine is inspired by the best the terroir has to offer and is crafted around fresh seasonal products. Each ingredient is revisited with finesse to reveal enchanting flavors. Meats and fish are sublimated, herbs, citrus fruits, fruits, and vegetables are highlighted. In each bite, you may discover a Proustian madeleine or a childhood memory revisited with a contemporary touch.
