Our menu, modern, light and refined, draws its DNA from exceptional products, the vast majority of which are sourced from our region and our farm.
Our exemplary eco-responsible approach aims to offer you only the best products, and to sublimate them with finesse while preserving our planet.
We are proud to surround ourselves with local producers who are passionate about their products.
Our organic vegetable garden close to the Domaine provides us with the best vegetables.
Our ducks, poultry and black and pink pigs are raised in semi-freedom on our farm.
We take care to feed them with our own cereals, grown on our own land using sustainable agriculture, synonymous with a healthy, high-quality, natural ecosystem.
Game is brought in from nearby hunting grounds.
Cheeses are produced just three kilometers from the Domaine.
As for seafood, it comes from partners whom we rigorously select according to sustainable and reasoned fishing criteria.
The Chef’s cuisine is inspired by the very best of the terroir, and based on fresh seasonal produce.
