A Unique Setting for an Unforgettable Show

Nestled in the ruins of the medieval Castle of Kintzheim, the Eagle Park offers a fascinating show where the world’s largest birds of prey fly in complete freedom. For over 50 years, this exceptional site has been introducing the public to the beauty and power of eagles, falcons, vultures, and other birds of prey.

The historical setting adds a magical dimension to the experience: watching a golden eagle soar majestically above the old castle stones is a scene worthy of a medieval tale. Each demonstration is narrated by passionate falconers who share anecdotes and expertise to better understand these incredible hunters of the sky.

Beyond the show, the Eagle Park plays an essential role in raising awareness and protecting raptors. The park actively participates in conservation and reintroduction programs for endangered species, reminding us of the importance of these predators in maintaining ecosystem balance.

Visitors can also enjoy educational activities to learn more about the lifestyles, flight techniques, and challenges these birds face in the wild. For the more curious, discovery sessions allow for close-up observation of the raptors and even interaction with some of them under the supervision of the caretakers.
