Actor of a lively city center, the bistronomic restaurant of Mulhouse, Le Cercle, displays a small slate renewed every week guaranteeing freshness and homemade. In this relaxed neo-baroque setting, you will be seduced by bistronomic cuisine. It includes both purebred meats and vegetarian dishes. In winter, we offer comfort food such as homemade duck foie gras. But also free-range pork ribs lacquered with honey, soy sauce and orange peel. Not to mention that you can taste wines among the hundred references.
A bistronomic restaurant and bar in Mulhouse
In the basement of the bistronomic restaurant Le Cercle, a bar area specializing in gins (no less than 40 references!) combines the pleasure of tasting and small cravings. The wines and the appetizers of the restaurant are relayed. The decoration highlighted by brushed brass illuminates the cozy atmosphere and the small private courtyard outside retains the regulars.
The boss advises us: a Gin Tonic Super Broussard from La Grange (Sainte Croix en Plaine). All with a filling of your choice (cucumber, pink grapefruit or combava zest!)
