Trained as an architect, Emmanuel Nasti has a passion for wine, honing his taste and knowledge as a restaurateur and sommelier for 23 years. He also builds his skills through contact with friends, colleagues and highly esteemed winemakers, to whom he extends his warmest thanks. In 2016, he and his wife Corinne embarked on a new adventure: they took over the Henner winery in Sausheim, and now practice their passion as a family, accompanied by their children, Louis (16), Emma (15)...
At the age of 32, Pierre-Luc Tischmacher is a young beef cattle breeder based in Lautenbach. Passionate about animals and the great outdoors from an early age, he grew up close to nature, where he found a real resource for body and mind. Taken over in 2017, his 200-hectare farm is run organically, and his cattle graze 8 months of the year in the open air in the sub-Vosgian hills between the Vallée de Guebwiller and the Vallée Noble.
At the age of 21, Dominique Formhals created his first water and light show, “Les Orgues Aquatiques de Strasbourg”. After a successful one-year tour with Cirque Bouglione, in 1979 he founded the company he still manages, Aquatique Show International.
