In the heart of Alsace, in the charming valley of Sainte-Marie aux Mines, Produits de la Cigogne has been preserving and defending regional culinary traditions since 1981.
Agnès and Jean-Guy Campagne, surrounded by a team of employees mainly from the food industry, work hard every day to maintain the high quality of their artisanal products.
Agnès is a native of Sélestat in the Bas-Rhin. She remembers the traditional recipes prepared by her mother and grandmother, the savoir-faire of Alsace’s gastronomic heritage.
As for Jean-Guy, he is the son of a farmer from the South-West of France. The time he spent with his father instilled in him the need to constantly strive for excellence in sourcing and the approach of favoring short distribution channels.
