Coming from a long line of market gardeners from Colmar through his mother, Pascal SALA took over his uncle Mr. Henri KELLER’s farm in 1990.
In 1996, he bought the company of Mr. Robert SIFFERT “ETS SIFFERT”, a company specialized in the trade of fruits and vegetables that was already well established in the local markets and offered delivery services to the catering industry.
Today, Pascal SALA, a producer of a wide range of seasonal vegetables, prioritizes local production for his customers. But when the summer fruit season arrives, the SIFFERT company also offers products from other regions by working directly with producers, namely “Les Hautes Terres” in Alleins (strawberries, cherries, melons, salads), “Saint Michel Fruits” in Boulbon (apricots, peaches, nectarines) and “EARL Philippe” in Eyguières (tomatoes).
We offer delivery to catering professionals from Monday to Saturday morning (possibility of assistance at the Covered Market on Sunday morning).
