The Maison des Têtes, a listed Renaissance mansion richly decorated with grimacing faces, is emblematic of Colmar: superb.
As soon as you cross the threshold of Restaurant Girardin, you are enveloped in a feeling of timeless lightness and purity.

The dining room is a subtle palette of whites, a play of materials, textures, and light through period stained-glass windows.
Everything is delicate and gentle.

No decoration… except for the mouth-blown Bocci wall lamps, stellar and airy. The dining room is the delicately minimalist setting for Chef Eric Girardin’s gastronomic cuisine. A moment of authenticity and intimacy to be experienced in the shelter of the imposing alcove all in scale-like fabric, or comfortably seated around a small table with an immaculately white tablecloth perfectly set and accentuated by an equally white orchid.

To keep our promise of an authentic gastronomic experience in an intimate and personal atmosphere, Restaurant Girardin has only 18 covers and a limited number of guests around each table…
