Your fresh produce distributor

The Kurtzemann maturing cellar, located at the western entrance to Sainte-Croix-aux-Mines, was founded in 1932 by Louis Kurtzemann.

The children and grandchildren continued the cheese-making adventure and diversified the business, first distributing dairy products, then fresh produce in the broadest sense.

At the end of 2020, the company was taken over by Christophe Pamies. Its team carries on this tradition with local sourcing to support our local producers and offer the best products at the right price.

Their priority is to meet their customers’ needs as quickly as possible, thanks to the adoption of high-performance logistical resources on a daily basis. The catchment area covers the whole of central Alsace and the Vosges mountains, and even beyond.

Christophe and his team focus on building lasting, trust-based relationships with their partners.

Heirs to an ancestral know-how, the Munster Kurtzemann cheese maturing team has been faithfully perpetuating the traditional Munster Kurtzemann cheese maturing process for over half a century.

Located in Sainte-Croix-aux-Mines, at the foot of the Vosges mountains in Alsace, the Cave d’Affinage is at the heart of a region with a strong identity, where agriculture has preserved its natural environment.

The freshly molded Munster whites are transferred to our ripening cellar, where the temperature is between 12 and 13°C.

The entire Affinage et Saveurs Locales team is at your disposal to provide you with quality products, all with human warmth and a desire to preserve local producers.
