Brasserie Parcel is a craft microbrewery located in Filstroff, in the Grand Est region of Lorraine, France. Founded by Alexia and Pierre, two agri-food engineers from the region, the brewery relies on the family farm to grow the organic cereals used in their beers. The founders strongly value the local terroir, using ingredients such as barley, wheat, oats, buckwheat and spelt grown directly on their farm.
