For the Tekin family, Colmar’s ZI Nord was the ideal location for their Ortam restaurant. This makes for a more comfortable welcome for customers (including parking), and enables us to offer stylish cuisine that respects Turkish culinary traditions – particularly with grilled specialties, very popular for their inimitable taste. Yes, everything here is cooked over wood and charcoal! The kitchens are open, revealing the various cooking stations (grills, spits, wood-fired oven), and choice meats, which are prepared before the eyes of the guests in all sincerity. Don’t miss the spit-roasted shoulder of lamb, available only at weekends.

The aim is to delight the area’s professionals at lunchtime, and welcome a more diverse clientele in the evening.
