Originally opened in 1994, the revival of Opéra Bacchus has been masterfully led by Frédéric, the new owner, and his talented manager Eva. Together, they act as ambassadors of know-how, building a valuable bridge between passionate winemakers and curious, demanding customers. Their approach is based on a deep esteem for their craft and for each artisan they represent. This passion is evident in every corner of the cellar, where every bottle tells a story, and every product is an invitation to discover unique terroirs and ancestral traditions.

As you enter the Opéra Bacchus, you’re immediately seduced by its unique ambience. The brocante spirit is evident in the decor and layout. Here, bargain hunting takes on its full meaning: customers are invited to discover the hidden treasures of the cellar, and why not leave with a beautifully renovated piece of furniture, also on sale in the boutique. This warm, authentic touch makes every visit a memorable experience.

Connoisseurs and neophytes alike will find what they’re looking for in our carefully-curated selection. But the cellar doesn’t stop there. To accompany these precious nectars, a range of top-of-the-range dishes is also available. Products from Maison Kaviari, renowned for their exceptional caviar, Bellota Iberian ham, with its incomparable flavors, and Corsican charcuterie, a true tribute to a rich and generous terroir, complete the taste experience.
