Michelin-starred Restaurant in Saône-et-Loire

L’O des Vignes is nestled in the charming village of Fuissé in Saône-et-Loire.

All around, perfectly aligned vineyards as far as the eye can see, rolling landscapes with the distant escarpments of Solutré Vergisson, and Burgundian houses here and there…

On your way to the south of France, along the roads of Burgundy during a weekend or simply coming from nearby Mâcon, treat yourself to a delightful stop at L’O des Vignes.

Once you arrive in the village, head towards this beautiful exposed stone house from the late 19th century. Cross the wide wrought iron gate and enter the courtyard.

A haven of tranquility bathed in greenery awaits you. Welcome to L’O des Vignes, a Michelin-starred restaurant, 15 minutes from Mâcon.

On the gourmet restaurant side, warm and contemporary decor with large openings onto the sunny courtyard, for refined home-style cuisine in which each product reveals its original flavors.

Cadre exceptionnel

Sébastien Chambru was barely twenty years old when he won the first prize in the young Burgundian talents competition. This allowed him to quickly access the kitchens of the greatest chefs. Coming from the Lyon culinary tradition, he trained with Paul Bocuse before joining Stéphane Gaborieau’s team at Villa Florentine. In 2007, he became a Meilleur Ouvrier de France and at 34 took over the reins of the prestigious Moulin de Mougins restaurant. In 2013, he returned to his native land and opened his first restaurant “L’ô des vignes” in Fuissé.
