Brasserie L'Instant

L’Instant is the story of a passion for beer that proved stronger than anything else.
It’s the story of how Cédric and Benoît, who came from very different professional backgrounds, decided one day to reorient themselves and give priority to their passion.
In early 2017, L’Instant was born on a small piece of production equipment in Moissy-Cramayel (77).
After a year and a half of developing the range and the first sales, it was clear that more was needed!
Production was relocated to fellow brewers, just long enough to put together the necessary financing package for new equipment.
After moving to Pontault-Combault (77) at the end of 2019, the team plans to move on to the next stage.
The COVID health crisis will delay the actual installation for almost two more years.
Since the end of 2021, all L’Instant beers have come out of brand-new facilities that allow us to give free rein to our creativity L’Instant is about simple values that everyone can share.
First and foremost, the desire to put taste above all else.
If we’re keen to offer you our beers, it’s because we think they’ve got a little something extra.
A respect for styles, a well-placed creativity, and above all zero compromise on taste.
At L’Instant, we don’t cut corners on raw materials; we aim for optimum quality, and we do everything we can to achieve it!

Because beer is a pleasure, and should remain so.
Contrary to approaches that would make beer a luxury product, we believe it is a popular product and should remain so!
Hence the balance that underpins all our creations: quality beers that are inventive, yet accessible!
