Les Ducs de Lorraine, it’s them who have forged the (gastronomic) image of Épinal, through hard work, values, and passion. Stéphane Ringer, Rémi Gornet and Antoine Lecomte, Master Restaurateurs and Master Chefs of France, to whom, like the Musketeers, a fourth person must be added: Karine, Stéphane’s wife, whose strong involvement has contributed to the success of Les Ducs. Chef Stéphane and Rémi Gornet partnered in 2017. They work hand in hand to ensure the gastronomic quality of this starred establishment, relying on values such as attentiveness, experience, flavors of yesteryear, and imagination.
