Since summer 2024. Le Moul’1 breathes new life into the old Auberge du Vieux Moulin in Duppigheim. More than just a restaurant, it’s a veritable sensory voyage that comes to life, between the heritage of a place steeped in history and the modernity of a bold cuisine.
