Authentic flavor and Provencal-inspired cuisine
“L’Oberges du Moulin” occupies the walls of the former sawmill, on the bank of the Muehlgiessen, a branch of the Ill that once fed the Moulin de La Wantzenau. The project was born of the impetus and energy of Sébastien Werlé, loyal chef at Le Moulin, and Philippe Clauss, owner and chef of Restaurant au Moulin. The atmosphere is warm and uncluttered, the room open to the river. The terrace, shaded by the age-old alder tree, is the ideal bucolic setting for enjoying the authentic flavours of Provençal-inspired cuisine.
