The ingredients for this wonderful recipe are all there: an ideal location, my parents’ family farm, a dash of motivation and a huge pinch of support from those close to me after I took part in Masterchef in 2012! Mix it up, add a ladleful of theory acquired at the Ecoles hôtelières in Guebwiller and Illkirch-Graffenstaden, sprinkle in 7 years’ experience at the Colmar Tourist Office and sprinkle in an internship at the Paul Bocuse cooking school! On the menu: cooking classes for adults and children, a convivial table d’hôtes, a unique venue for all your events, and gîtes and chambres d’hôtes lovingly decorated by my mom Éliane!
