Winegrowers for 15 generations

Since 1614, the Jean-Baptiste ADAM family has worked tirelessly in the vineyards and cellars.
Few winegrowing families can boast four centuries of passion for wine.
It’s a passion that translates into a real love of wine, thanks to perseverance and constant, sustained research over the years into methods and techniques that enhance its quality.
The conversion of the estate’s vineyards to organic and biodynamic farming marked the beginning of a new era in 2004.
So Jean-Baptiste Adam in Ammerschwihr…
More than just a name, this venerable estate is a benchmark in the history of Alsatian viticulture.
More than just wine, the bottles contain four hundred years of know-how that has stood the test of time.
Like this fabulous Kaefferkopf, the legitimate pride of the Adam house. Laure is the 15th generation to perpetuate the spirit and know-how of the company.
After studying viticulture and oenology and gaining an MBA in Wine, Commerce and Management, she took the time to perfect her knowledge through various professional experiences in Italy and London.
On her return, in 2012, she joined the family estate, where she naturally turned to export and marketing, bringing her dynamism and new ideas to the table.
On the technical side, she brings her feminine touch to wine-making with finesse and elegance.
Committed to viticulture and ecology, passionate about gastronomy and a member of the Divines d’Alsace, she is now the ambassador for Jean-Baptiste ADAM wines in France and abroad.
