Located on the meadows at the entrance to the Maurice Lemaire tunnel in Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines, L’Atelier de Guillaume welcomes you in a neo-retro atmosphere, inspired by the Val d’Argent’s strong industrial and textile past.
The intimate restaurant room is a blend of woodwork and brickwork, reminiscent of the workshops of yesteryear. Bathed in light, the latter opens onto a wooded terrace where the view plunges you into the meadows of the Val de Lièpvre where you can admire the wilderness.
At a glance through the glass roof, you’ll catch a glimpse of the master of the house and his brigade putting together your gourmet escapade.
