Grand Duc organic craft beers
The Grand Duc microbrewery is a producer of characterful artisanal organic beers located in Sormery in the Pays d’Othe region of Burgundy. We produce organic beers distributed as close as possible to the brewery, in the Yonne and Aube regions, to encourage short, local circuits. Our aim is to produce a local, organic product that encourages short circuits, exchanges and human relationships.
In this way, we hope to contribute to the dynamism of our beautiful Burgundy region, and to increase the already important artisanal offer in the Pays d’Othe. Whenever possible, we work with suppliers as close as possible to our brewery.
We forge long-lasting, local partnerships, as we do for our packaging, the recycling of our spent grains, our labels…
We brew our organic craft beers in the outbuildings of an old farmhouse, in the hamlet of La Tuilerie, in the commune of Sormery, halfway between Auxerre (Yonne) and Troyes (Aube), a stone’s throw from hiking trails and outdoor activities.
