After starting as Chef de Partie with Alain Ducasse at the Hôtel de Paris in Monte Carlo, Philippe Augé continued his ascent and climbed the ranks until obtaining his Michelin star in 2001 at the Relais Châteaux Royal Champagne. Since 2008, he has taken over the reins of the kitchens at Hostellerie de Levernois and continues to seduce the palates of food lovers. Particularly attentive to quality, the Chef favors seasonal products from local producers, and even directly cultivated by Baptiste, our market gardener.
