Just a few minutes from Colmar, in the heart of the upper Weiss valley, Katia and Bernard Ancel, along with their son Maxime, have been warmly welcoming you to Au Chasseur Alpin for over 20 years, for a resolutely gourmet experience.
A former butcher, Bernard gives pride of place to local meats: beef from Orbey, pork from Orbey and Fréland, and poultry from Ergersheim. Everything is homemade, right down to the maturing of the meats, and each generous portion is traditionally accompanied by seasonal vegetables, French fries and spaetzle.
