The journey begins as soon as you walk through the door of my boutique. The world of wine is an infinite territory, and I know all the highways, unusual detours and byways. I welcome you with equal pleasure, whether you’re a neophyte, a great connoisseur, simply curious, a beginner or a seasoned gourmet, and I’ll accompany you every step of the way. I start by listening to who you are, understanding your expectations, pinpointing your needs, before leading you to the bottle that seems to have been made for you. There will be surprises and the obvious, new flavors you never knew existed and tastes that resonate with your true nature. There will be wines that sublimate a table, familiar landscapes that reassure and rare pearls that are always remembered. Support: that’s how I see my job.

Support also means identifying, monitoring and encouraging the producers I work with. Very different, “my” winemakers are all passionate and exciting. They are committed men and women with whom we have forged special relationships. On their human-scale estates, they grow wines that are representative of their terroirs, mainly organic, biodynamic or natural. They all share a love and respect for the land, the wine and the people. They all take great care of their vines, harvesting by hand and bottling their nectar only when fermentation has completed naturally. I like to understand their state of mind so I can pass it on to you. Modestly, passionately, I see myself as a conduit for sensory exploration.
