Brasserie KS, Colmar craft beers with character!
This Alsatian microbrewery brews beer in Colmar’s industrial zone.
It produces tasty beers with character.
The KS brewery offers a permanent range of 8 authentic beers: Blonde, Blanche, India Pale Ale, Brune, Hop, Ambrée, Saison, Triple and 2 seasonal beers: Noël and Reine des Prés.
Whether you’re looking for a malty, hoppy, roasted, bitter or refreshing beer, there’s always a KS beer to satisfy your palate.
Traditional Alsatian beer is low fermentation (lager, pilsner). Nevertheless, Brasserie KS offers top-fermented beers (ale) directly inspired by Belgian beers.

If they’d told us back then we wouldn’t have believed them 😜 So to mark the occasion, we’re looking forward to seeing you on Saturday 12th October at the brasserie from 3pm to midnight, to celebrate this anniversary with us in a convivial atmosphere! Craft draught beer, wine and soft drinks are on the menu. On the food front, you can treat yourself this time with pizzas from our partner Pizza Malice. A musical atmosphere is guaranteed, with acoustic guitar sessions and games for all ages!
