Cooperative brewery
All of Brasserie GRENAILLE’s beers are brewed on site at Rosières aux Salines, using a traditional, hand-crafted method.
These are top-fermented beers, unfiltered, unpasteurized and refermented in the bottle.
They are produced under the “Nature & Progrès” label.
Grenaille beers are therefore produced according to a set of specifications that take into account global ecological considerations.
Malts and hops are chosen for their quality and origin (organically grown and as local as possible).
