Brasserie Cheval is a cooperative brewery and bar in the Toulois region of France, offering a range of fixed and ephemeral beers from imperial saison to mexican lager. Founded in 2015 by a group of friends with a passion for beer, Brasserie Cheval initially under associative status became a cooperative company in 2022.
Certified organic since 2023 (beers & lemonade).
In addition to producing and selling our products, our aim is to offer events and entertainment to bring people together around beer.
Every Tuesday, Thursday & Friday evening, you can drink at the bar next to the brewery, or take away.
Every Friday evening, a food truck is present in front of the Atelier.
We also offer one evening a month in addition to our weekly events (karaoke, concerts, games, etc.).
