Since its creation in 1952, the Cave de Beblenheim has taken up residence in the heart of the village of Beblenheim, in a superb half-timbered building constructed on the remains of an ancient castle built in 1395 by the Counts of Würtemberg. Transformed and steeped in history, this is where we make our wine.
The cooperative winery of Beblenheim and the Maison Pierre Sparr Successors rub shoulders in the cellar. The first, with a family spirit, lists cooperators who respect biodiversity and the environment, and aims to obtain High Environmental Value certification in 2021. The second is grape trading specialized in soil selection.
