Chef Ludovic KIENTZ and his brigade are sure to awaken your senses with a tasty wine and food pairing based on a selection of fresh seasonal produce.
After a 1st apprenticeship at the Hôtel-Restaurant Oberlé in Kilstett, Ludovic joined chef Emile JUNG’s brigade at the 2-star Michelin-starred Le Crocodile in 2005.
In 2009, Le Crocodile underwent a change of management, leaving the reins to Philippe BOHRER, who promoted Ludovic to head chef and became the youngest chef to head a Michelin-starred restaurant in 2010.
In 2015, a further change of management saw Cédric MOULOT become the new owner of the establishment, and in February 2016, when the new Michelin Guide appeared, Ludovic was awarded his first star.
In May 2017, a new page was turned to make way for the Gourmet project.
A carefully thought-out adventure that began at the end of 2018, when Ludovic and Sandie took over the running of the establishment.
