Delphine Drumez has been living in Alsace for 15 years. In 2015, she opened a real UFO in town. Immediate success for its tea room with the appearance of a concept store. Au Temps d’une Pause is a place of delicacies, meetings and rest, that Delphine invites everyone to invest in their own way. You can enjoy home-made pastries with a tea from the 40 or so references. It is an atypical address that people confide in by word of mouth, where they also come to buy French stationery and leather goods, and sometimes even by simple curiosity to admire the decoration!
