Christine BACH Sales Director, has always been in charge of developing regional SMEs, particularly in the beverage sector. I’m an advocate of top-quality products and the Alsatian terroir, while remaining uncompromising on environmental criteria. So I’m 100% happy to be able to offer our Celtic natural mineral water.
After completing her catering studies in Alsace, Alicia Winkelmuller set off to discover Luxembourg and Switzerland as a bar manager, gaining solid experience. She returned to her native land to take over the atypical L’Augustin bar and make it her own, offering a wide choice of creative cocktails and wines. Her aim: to introduce people to an infinite variety of flavours!
I work in the wine industry in the Netherlands and am developing my writing as a critic. I was lucky enough to write my first international article for Jancis Robinson, a famous British wine critic, who is also a great inspiration to me. I hope to continue improving my knowledge of Alsace over time.
