Our mission

Epicureanism with a taste of Alsace

food&good has its roots in the Alsace region where it was born, and supports the many local professionals in their digital approach, while relying on paper magazines as a relay to the internet.

Beyond Alsace, we’ll be discovering new regions that are home to virtuosos and gastronomes who know how to magnify our gastronomy. Restaurateurs, producers, artisans and consumers, local or visiting, we all share the same passion for taste and proudly support all terroirs.

Whether in Colmar, Toulouse or Dijon, “Locavorism” – in other words, “local consumption” – is the reason why so many small local producers – breeders, fish farmers, market gardeners, pork butchers, cheesemakers, chocolatiers, etc. – are now more than ever in need of support, and illustrates in the best possible way the indefectible chain from producer to plate.

Food & Good aims to strengthen the links in this chain, by promoting the regions and gastronomy through all communication tools: paper, the Internet and an application for mobile phones.

Now with its digital platform in 7 languages & on the networks, this marvelous magazine, offered to gourmets and visitors alike, tells the stories of men and women who do their utmost to offer the best of their terroir.
