Since this summer, the former restaurant of Wasen, in Munster, has given way to a more modern establishment that values the beautiful local products in a subtle and delicate way. The Auberge aux 4 saisons, run by Charlotte Rouault-Lorand and her husband Nicolas Lorand, offers a “bistro” menu for lunch giving pride of place to regional classics, and in the evening, a menu in perpetual movement that honors seasonal products. The couple cut their teeth in various starred and renowned establishments, in Alsace and throughout France.
