A love of terroir

After several years working in renowned restaurants in the region and beyond, Marine and Nicolas, who are united in both life and work, are now keen to introduce you to their own cuisine.
They decided to set up shop in the medieval town of Turckheim, in the heart of the wine route, to showcase the magnificent terroir that surrounds them.

A year after opening their restaurant, they are delighted to be among the restaurants awarded a toque by the Gault & Millau guide.

It’s thanks to a shared love of the culinary arts that Marine and Nicolas have become partners in both life and work.

After several years working in their respective fields, Marine in the dining room and Nicolas in the kitchen, they decided to take up the challenge of opening their own restaurant. A restaurant in their image, warm and fresh in a place that highlights their creativity.

Both children of the region, they are now keen to pass on their passion through La Table du 12, which they define as a restaurant offering market-fresh cuisine and a menu that changes with the seasons.

And as two lovers of their region, what better place than the medieval town of Turckheim, a true Alsatian town in the heart of the vineyards they love so much? They look forward to sharing their love of the land with you.
